In the awards autumn series of blog posts, we get to know the brands as well as the people behind the nominee products of the Nordic Natural Beauty Awards 2022. In this post, we are proud to share more about the Swedish natural cosmetics brand Norrskin, as told by the founder of the brand, Kate Bergvik:

The purity of northern nature became a key inspiration for the brand. This is why Norrskin was born. For everyone to discover the beauty of the North through natural skincare rituals. Every collection in Norrskin takes inspiration from a different region of the north – to let you take your skin on a journey. I founded the company in December 2021 and within the last 10 months, we’ve managed to share our love for natural skincare and the Nordics with many.
The first collection is inspired by Hälsingland – the central region of Sweden with the lin flower as a symbol of the region. That collection is called House of Lin where lin oil and linseed extract are key ingredients in every product. All products are natural, vegan, and also Clean Beauty certified. I am really proud that two products of this Norrskin’s first collection are also nominated for the Nordic Natural Beauty Awards 2022 – Face Oil Cleanser 3in1 and Premium Reusable cotton pads.
Our Face Oil Cleanser 3ini1 can be used as a hair and beard oil, face oil, and of course as a cleanser. It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins, and gentle towards skin and hair without leaving them greasy.
The oil calms down the skin and boosts it with vitamins, and at the same time, it melts makeup in just a few seconds. This gorgeous liquid is stored in a glass bottle from 90% recycled glass, developed in the European Union. The company behind it has many sustainable solutions that are worth looking at.
Premium Reusable Cotton pads are a mission project – to reduce water waste and usage of single-use cotton pads to a minimum. One can wash our 100% natural bamboo and cotton pads after use and enjoy them more than 100 times.
