Nordic Natural Beauty Awards 2022 were organized on the awards’ Instagram account on Thursday, October 27th, 2022. The competition was tight in all of the categories, proving that all the nominees are just incredible.
We wanted to take a deeper look at the awarded cosmetics and why they specifically make a great addition to anyone’s beauty routine. To avoid the list becoming one heavy manual (even though we know it would be a good one!), we divided the awarded cosmetics into seven parts. This post is all about FACIAL MOISTURIZERS AND BALMS.

WISE Organic Skincare – Facial Cream Calming Rose
Facial Cream Calming Rose of the Swedish brand WISE was awarded the title of Best Day Moisturiser. This moisturizing and nutritious cream suits various skin types and ages. It contains real rose and selected plant oils that soothe dry, stressed, moisture-poor, and sensitive skin as well as rosacea.

Face Moisturizer of the Swedish brand Grevinnans Rum was awarded the title of Best 99% Natural Moisturizer. This face moisturizer is packed with antioxidants and vitamins, such as vitamins A, C, E, and omega 3,6, and 7, derived from organic sea buckthorn oil from Norrland, Sweden.
“Our moisturizer provides both anti-ageing and moisturizing benefits. Additionally, organic orange essential oil helps balance the skin, while giving it a glow.”

DEEP HYDRATION AND MOISTURE FOR THE NIGHT
Pura Nordica – Rhodiola Rosea Facial Cream
The Finnish brand Pura Nordica’s Rhodiola Rosea Facial Cream was awarded the title of Best Deep Hydration. It is a true remedy for dry skin. The moisturizing and nourishing ingredients of the rich cream are particularly gentle on dry skin, but the cream is also excellent as a night cream for normal, Couperosa, and ageing skin.

“The balm works excellently as a moisturizer for the entire family since it is well suited for treating the skin of small children. With plenty of skin-caring and rejuvenating plant oils and extracts, you can use this oat and calendula resin salve daily for the whole family for an extended period of time.”
“This is one of my absolute favourite face products. It feels amazing on the skin, really hydrating and thick. Made my skin feels so soft after applying and for many, many hours after, great both as day and night cream.”

FACIAL HYDRATION ESPECIALLY FOR MEN
God Spray of Dick Johnson was awarded the title of Best Men’s Facial Hydration. The God Spray is a natural option for men, looking for a daily facial moisturizing spray, that effectively also treats your beard. The caring spray is material of the gods available to mortals, as the brand states.
“In our opinion, the typical face cream was crying out for an update, so we created an easier-to-use face product, God Spray. It soothes, reduces swelling, and effectively moisturizes the skin of the face.”
