The Nordic Natural Beauty Awards 2023 is just around the corner, but so is the awards’ partner event – Natural Beauty Show, organized at the Scandinavia’s biggest natural & organic trade event, Eco Living Scandinavia.
This year’s show will take place on November 15-16, 2023, in MalmöMässan, in Malmö, Sweden. The Nordic Natural Beauty Awards’ founder Satu Mäkinen and the team behind the awards will join Natural Beauty Show and Eco Living Scandinavia this November and showcase award-famous cosmetics of 2023 at the show.
PEER ACCELERATOR CIRCLE LAUNCH
Together in collaboration with Andrea Endres’ Sweden’s Holistic Skincare Week (Sveriges Holistiska Hudvårdsvecka), we will officially launch the Peer Accelerator Circle – natural cosmetics brand owners’ and entrepreneurs’ monthly mastermind platform – at the Natural Beauty Show!
The official launch event will take place on day 2 before the start of the show. Natural Beauty Show Exhibitors are invited to join us on day 2, Thursday, November 16 for an interactive breakfast and the launch of the Peer Accelerator Circle.
HOT TOPIC CIRCLE – INTERACTIVE DISCUSSION SPACE AT THE FAIR
To celebrate the launch of the Peer Accelerator Circle – we will organize a free Hot Topic Circle live at the show. Hot Topic Circle will be an engaging, interactive discussion space where you can actively contribute your viewpoints within a group context.
We will talk and brainstorm about natural cosmetics topics, and promise stimulating conversations with fellow attendees and the moderators Satu and Andrea. This unique and open forum is open to anyone working in the natural cosmetics industry, and to both visitors and exhibitors of the Natural Beauty Show.

AWARDS FOUNDER SATU MÄKINEN JOINS AN INDUSTRY TALK
The awards founder Satu Mäkinen together with Oriol Urrutia, co-editor of Bio Eco Actual, will take to the stage to discuss ‘Are we on the verge of making natural and organic mainstream?’
The conscious consumer is not limited to a specific industry anymore and can seek better options across a multitude of sectors, recognizing the interconnectedness of sectors. This awareness has led to a significant shift in how people make purchasing decisions, and in the growth opportunities in all natural and organic sectors.
Oriol Urrutia has witnessed the organic food industry’s growth and sees how similarly organic cosmetics are now requested as an extension of nutrition.
Satu Mäkinen has been following the rise of natural cosmetics toward the mainstream and sees how the beauty industry has now started to acknowledge quality food as a part of the holistic approach to beauty.
During the talk, Oriol and Satu will discuss how they have experienced the growth of the food and cosmetics industries respectively, and how they see the change in an average consumer move the industries towards each other and possibly mainstream.
